1. Acceptance
By using Product Reviews Advisor, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Informational service only
Product Reviews Advisor provides product-page summaries, comparisons, research tools and affiliate referrals for informational purposes. We are not the seller, manufacturer, payment processor, warranty provider, financial adviser, medical professional, or legal adviser for products presented on third-party websites.
3. Automated and AI-assisted output
Some summaries and Product Advisor responses may be generated or assisted by automated systems. They can be incomplete or incorrect. Verify material facts, including price, specifications, compatibility, refund terms, guarantees, shipping, subscriptions and eligibility, on the seller's official page before purchasing.
4. Product reviews and ratings
Unless a page expressly says otherwise, an instant review reflects information found on the submitted public product page and is not a claim that we physically purchased, tested or independently laboratory-tested the product. An information-completeness score measures the availability of buyer-relevant information, not product performance.
5. Affiliate links and commissions
Some links are affiliate links. If you purchase through them, Product Reviews Advisor may receive a commission without increasing the price charged to you. Affiliate compensation does not guarantee a positive review. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
6. Third-party websites
Third-party sellers and affiliate networks control their own content, checkout, pricing, subscriptions, delivery, refunds, warranties, privacy practices and terms. Your purchase contract is with the applicable seller, not Product Reviews Advisor, unless expressly stated otherwise.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the site to submit unlawful URLs, probe private or local network systems, interfere with the service, automate abusive traffic, introduce malicious code, scrape restricted content, impersonate others, or attempt to bypass access or security controls.
8. Intellectual property
The Product Reviews Advisor brand, original site design, original review copy, software and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, marks and product content remain the property of their respective owners.
9. No guarantee of availability or earnings
We do not guarantee that a product, offer, discount, affiliate relationship, commission rate, seller page or service will remain available. Any displayed seller or network information may change without notice.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Product Reviews Advisor is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from third-party products, seller websites, purchasing decisions, service interruptions or reliance on automated summaries. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms when our service or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply from the effective date shown above.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in British Columbia, Canada, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in another jurisdiction.
